Please read our terms and conditions below before booking.
We are a friendly adult only site for not more than 5 caravans open to Caravan and Motorhome Club members only, with a level mowed field in excess of an acre. Facilities include 16 amp electric hook ups, taps on each pitch enabling your own supply, chemical waste disposal, recycling and a well stocked information room. The site also benefits from a good TV signal. Please note that we do not have a shower block.
MEMBERS
Only members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club are permitted to stay on this site.
DOGS
We welcome up to 2 dogs per caravan or motorhome. Please note that we do not allow dog gardens or pens to be set up on the pitches. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst they are on the site but the site leads onto a large meadow where they can be excercised off the lead, and from which there is direct access to several footpaths on the property. We request that at all times owners clear up after their pets. This includes our fields which are grazed, cropped for hay and shared by other walkers. We provide a special bin for this purpose.
ELECTRIC CARS
We are sorry but electric cars cannot be charged on this CL. The nearest car charging point is Tescos in Tenterden.
VISITORS
Visitors to your caravan are welcome (adults only), but let us know if you are expecting visitors and when. This is a point of security for both caravan users as well as ourselves. This is our home and business and we need to be aware of "strangers" turning up.
YOUR PITCH
Your pitch allows for a caravan/motorhome, 2 adults, 1 vehicle and 1 awning. As the pitches are grass, we need to be able to preserve the ground for the next visitor. Please set up your outfit as per the diagram below. Offside rear of caravan/motorhome to line up with numbered peg. This gives everyone a good and safe amount of space between their caravans. Our pitches are all grass so please note that if you have an awning that a breathable groundsheet must be used. This helps to preserve the quality of the ground and limit damage for the season.

£22 per night inclusive of electric for two adults, one car and one awning. Minimum booking of 2 nights.
More than two adults - £2.00 per additional person per night.
£22.00 non-returnable deposit on booking. In the event that the site would have to close due to unforseen circumstances ie. adverse weather conditions, then the deposit would be returned.
Payment by cash or cheque on arrival.
